Abstract
Recently there was an increase of Clostridium difficile infection cases with the development of severe pseudomembranous colitis with high mortality and high percentage of backsets. Major reason for this growing problem is the emergence of newer, more virulent and more antibiotic-resistant strains including PCR ribotype 027. The major risk factors for pseudomembranous colitis are hospitalizing, antibiotics exposure, chemotherapy, use of proton-pumps inhibitors, older age, concomitant diseases. The appearance of diarrhea, acute abdominal pain, leukocytosis, hypoproteinemia after antibiotic therapy should be considered as a basis for targeted diagnostics of pseudomembranous colitis with the use of laboratory tests. Fulminant pseudomembranous colitis occurs in 5 % of patient with Clostridium difficile infection. This patients often have severe abdominal pain and can have signs of peritonitis and a markedly increased white blood cells. Colectomy should be considered in patients with fulminant colitis. The mortality rate in fulminant pseudomembranous colitis is up to 70 %. The basis for the prevention of pseudomembranous colitis is a rational prescription of antibacterial agents.

Abstract
There is no literature data on the changes of structural and functional qualities of the erythrocyte membrane at the arterial hypertension (AH) complicated and non-complicated by the metabolic syndrome (MS). Although the changes of interrelation between the proteins of erythrocyte membrane at the AH can influence the deformability of the membrane itself. The aim of the work was to estimate the peculiarities of interrelation between the proteins of erythrocyte membrane in the patients with arterial hypertension complicated and non-complicated by the metabolic syndrome. The research included 51 men with AH and 29 clinically healthy men which were divided into 3 groups: group 1 - control; group 2 - men with AH complicated with MS (n = 29); group 3 - men with AH non-complicated with MS (n = 22). We studied blood lipids, biochemical and hemostasiological parameters, assessed 10 proteins of erythrocyte membrane. Patients of the 2nd and 3rd groups had different content of α- and β-spectrins, anion-transport protein (ATP), plates 4.1, glycerol-3-phosphatededehydrogenase (G-3-PDG), glutathione S-transferase (GST). The results of the research showed that metabolic syndrome at the AH can not only influence the state of vessel wall but also cause significant disorders of structural and functional qualities of the erythrocyte membrane.

Abstract
The topicality of the research of polimodal research profile among students is determined by the necessity of studying the characteristics of students' sense perception. Revealing the peculiarities of polimodal perception among students and taking into considerations these peculiarities may solve the problem how to optimize studying process of future psychologists. Studying the peculiarities of polimodal perception will let us control the students' sense perception while teaching. The author's theoretical model of polymodal perception gave ground to create the methodology of identifying eight peculiarities in polimodal perception. The data gathered help us conclude that polimodal perception in the group of students-respondents from different regions of the country doesn't differ statistically. It may lead to the conclusion that students - future psychologists of Moscow psychological-pedagogical university and Irkutsk State University belong to the same general group, therefore in the research we will see them as one group. Studying group tendencies in polimodal perception among students shows that one cannot claim visual perception dominant type of perception. Respondents prefer to use visual and also osmatic, gustatory and gaptic modalities. Kinesthetic modality, perception of people and nature have scores lower that the average figure among other modalities chosen by students-respondents who live in Moscow and Irkutsk. These types of perception are resourceful but less recognized and demand further development. The results of the research give us the opportunity to set out ways of developing polimodal perception, correcting less recognized perception modalities among students, future psychologists.

Abstract
We consider syndrome of burnout as a violation of social and psychological adaptation of a person. It is presented as a dynamic process consisting of a "voltage" phase - a satisfactory adaptation; a "resistance" phase - adaptation and a stable phase of the "exhaustion" - maladjustment. The cause of burnout is institutional weaknesses at work, conflicts or disagreements with colleagues, fatigue, etc. Most susceptible to burnout syndrome are the specialists who have the working experience of 0-5 years and 20-25 years, and women are 4 times more likely to have it. We need to plan the combination of psychological and medical measures in the result of the preventive measures. We can apply psycho correctional and psycho developing work in a case of the satisfactory and stable adaptation. Otherwise, this requires the greater medical activities. The application of psychological tests allows us to assess the level of human adaptation abilities with a high degree of reliability as soon as possible and without great financial cost.

Abstract
We relied on the structure of V.A. Krutetskiy consisting of four components: obtaining mathematical information (perceptual component); processing mathematical information (procedural component); storage of mathematical information (mnemonic component); mathematical orientation of the mind (general synthetic component). The following hypothesis was proposed: the use of information technology affects the positive trend in the development of all components of mathematical abilities, and especially on general synthetic component due to the harmonious combination of two sub-components: verbal-logical and visual-figurative. We used a modified methodic, which is a shortened version of tasks classification of V.A. Krutetskiy. The tasks consisted of nine batteries of problems whose solution was assessed by a dichotomous scale, and then the result is expressed as a percentage by number of correctly solved tasks in the series. Analysis of the results of the comparison of mathematical abilities in a sample of 60 people (students-programmers and students non-programmers) showed that a high school students-programmers developed a general synthetic component (t = 2,566, p = 0,013). The students perform tasks with the visual representations and schemes better that contributes to the development of parameters procedural component.

Abstract
The article is concerned with the role of teacher's motivational-semantic sphere in his or her professional activity. The motivational-semantic spheres structure comprising dynamic and semantic component is described on the basis of motivation and semantic approach. Dynamic component is represented by motivation formation relevant activity (i.e. motivations). Semantic component is represented by lasting and abstract cognitive and rational structures and leads to personality meaning-making. Results of empirical study of teacher's motivational-semantic sphere at different levels of professionalization (adapter-teacher, internal, expert, authority, mentor) according to E.A. Klimov are given. The analysis of the general and specific characteristics of each stage of professionalization is performed. Differences (divergent features) and general properties (invariant) of teachers appear in manifestation parameters and in the structure of motivational-semantic sphere. The limitations, - qualities do not meet the requirements of the profession, and resources motivational-semantic sphere of teachers are revealed. The structure of motivational-semantic sphere of the modern teacher is obtained, based on factorization of the empirical research's results.

Abstract
Using the method of cross sections, formed trends in the development of representations on the schoolchildren populations are identified. The results of cluster analysis of brightness-clearness of representations of different modalities are provided. It is established that the brightness-clearness of representations of younger schoolchildren is characterized by non-differentiability of the different modalities due to the lack of information from one sensory channel to create a sustainable way of representation. We consider that the result is due to the fact that at this stage of school level information is only stored, cross-checked, and updated. We have found that teenagers' representation is characterized by the differentiations. We believe that on the one hand, the process of allocating the information in the minds of each modality proceeds, on the other hand, the representation of each modality has experienced as separate, isolated, specific condition, that finds the integrity, stability, and relative completeness. The study has found that a feature of high school students' representation is building a clear, consistent hierarchy of brightness-clearness of the representation of different modalities. We have found the maximum similarities in brightness-clearness of representation of visual and audio modalities, which form high students' core structure around which on different degrees brightness-clearness of representations of other modalities are distributed.

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the problem of psychological health of the individual. The purpose of the article is analyzing the problem of psychological health from the standpoint resource approach. The authors propose a model of psychological health, which is based on the concepts of "psychological resources" and "personal potential". As part of the resource model, psychological health is considered instrumental resource (the potential of a possible) and effectively-activity (the potential achieved) aspects. The potential of a possibilities are defined as the balance between external (by environmental, historical and cultural) and internal (resources and constraints) conditions. The potential achieved is regarded as a four-hierarchical structure, which includes the following levels: 1) the level of deviations and violations of psychological health, 2) the level of standards, 3) the level of psychological well-being, 4) the level of existentially experienced happiness. This article is a part of the larger theoretical and empirical research.

Abstract
20 healthy male and female students of Artsakh State University aged 18-20 years have participated in an experiment to study the mechanisms of training adaptation. Surveys were conducted during the academic semester in 2 stages: the non-examination period (March-April) - Monday and Friday, before and after school and during the examination period (May-June) - before and after the exam. In order to study the impact of mental stress a survey was also conducted among students once they complete mental or intellectual Eysenck test. A psychological testing of students was carried out to identify the level of intelligence (IQ) by Eysenck, personal and situational anxiety by Spielberger and health, activity, mood by SAN (HAM) questionnaire. Basic hemodynamic parameters were measured: heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure. ECG examination was conducted using R.M. Baevsky's cardio-ervalography method. Comparative analysis of the dynamics of the studied parameters showed that the process of adaptation of students to the teaching load is accompanied by periods of decline during non-examination period, more vividly expressed when doing mental or intellectual work, and tension of the studied parameters during the examination period.

Abstract
The grand-scale laboratory investigation on finding influenza type A virus in wild and synanthropic birds on vast territories of Eastern Siberia was conducted for the first time. Alongside with the ornithological investigations, we also conducted collection of over 17,000 samples of laboratory investigations of 165 bird species. In the south of Central Siberia in 2006-2011, the antibodies to antihemagglutination were found in 484 samples, 179 out of which were from synanthropic birds. During the investigation of PCR of RNA avian influenza 167 samples were isolated, 17 (10,2 %) out of which were from synanthropic species. In 2014, antibodies were isolated from 30 species, RNA avian influenza were isolated from 26 species of the following bird orders: Podicipediformes - 3/1 (in hemagglutination-inhibition reaction/polymerase chain reaction) of species, Ciconiiformes - 0/1, Anseriformes - 12/10, Gruiformes - 1/1, Charadriiformes - 7/4, Passeriformes - 6/8. In the following years the participation in epizootic process of new species/ subspecies were increased. The maximum virus carriage (40.2 %) and birds infection takes place during the period from July 15 till August 28, which is characterized mainly by the presence of a large number of multipleaged young-of-the-year water fowls on the ponds and riparian vegetation. In the process of work, there was compiled not only the list of species/subspecies of avian influenza virus carriers and vectors, but also revealed their connection with wintering areas and the main location of the recombinant subtypes of highly pathogenic virus H5N1. The cases of virus spreading and its influence on the birds of various ecologic groups were described.

Abstract
The work is devoted to developing of V.N. Druzhinin concept about life variant choice. Variant of a person's life is an integral psychological characteristics of the individual being determined by the type of a person's attitude to life. The basis of "inclusion" in the version of the inner life is the interior activity of choice. Life variant choice is defined as the social conditions of life, and psychological characteristics of the person. Self-attitude is seen as a psychological determinant of choosing the life variant. The aim of the research was to study the characteristics of the self-attitude in the selection of different variants of life. According to the hypothesis, the combination of indicators of the self-attitude and its nature can determine the choice of life variant. The study was carried out using test-questionnaire self-attitude of Panteleyev and authors' diagnostic techniques "Actual version of Life". As a result of empirical and statistical data analysis using Kruskal -Wallis H-criterion it has been proved that the characteristics of the self-attitude differ significantly for various life variants. A combination of self-attitude indicators can determine the life variant. The positive nature of the self-attitude determines the choice of the most effective in terms of adaptation options for life. The negative aspects of the self-attitude are linked with the life variant choice that enable to engage in a social system, but not effective in terms of self-realization in it.
