Abstract
Lipid profile and state of endothelium of umbilical cord artery of 45 newborns were studied. It was determined that cytomegalovirus infection of mother is associated with disbalance of lipids in umbilical cord blood (21 % increase of concentration of saturatedfatty acids and triglycerides and 46 % increase of HDL cholesterol at more than 30 % decrease of total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol) and with disorders in endothelium dysmorphology (apoptosis of cell nuclei, edema, dissociation and dystrophic changes of smooth muscle cells).

The endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERSP) and endoscopic papillosphincterotomy (EPST) supplemented with lithoextrac- tion were conducted immediately. We concluded that in cases when intraduct pathology causes biliary hypertension and initial severity of patient's condition doesn't exceed 11 physiological status severity (PSS) scale conducting ERSP with EPST and lithoextraction is more preferable than drainage of gall bladder.

Abstract
We studied polymorphisms of candidate genes of hemostasis disorders in 205 pregnant women after having A(H1N1) pdm2009 influenza during pregnancy and in 75 pregnant women who didn't have acute respiratory viral infections during pregnancy. Pregnant women with influenza were more often carriers of mutant alleles F2, genotypes F7:0976GA and F13:W3G> . Severe course of influenza is associated with genotypes F7:0976GA and PAI-1:4G4G. It was revealed that polymorphisms of genes F7:0976G>A, F13:103G>T and PAI-1:6755G>4G can be molecular predictors of complicated course of A(HlNl)pdm09 influenza in pregnant women.

Abstract
Neuropsychologic diagnostics of 60 children of 5-6 years from the families with different standards of living allows to conclude that level of family's income level influences forming higher mental functions of preschoolers. The most sensitive to the influence of material status are the functions of the 111 block of brain and audio-verbal functions, the less sensitive is visual gnosis. Therefore the longer period of forming of a certain function is, the more it is mediated by social influences including family's material status.

Abstract
We determined hepatoprotective effect of the plant remedy "Pancreophyt" at experimental hepatitis. It was showed that "Pancreophyt" decreased transaminotransferase activity and the content of bilirubin in the blood serum, inhibited the processes of lipid peroxidation in the liver and increased the capacity of endogenic antioxidant system of an organism. These properties promote stabilization of hepatocytes' membrane structure and normalize functioning of the membrane-bound enzyme systems of the liver including monooxygenase system that provides deintoxication ofxenobiotics.

Neuroprotective features of somnifacients were studied in animals with diffuse axonal injuries (DAI). It was established that in the presence of DAI Zopiclone had evident anticonvulsant and slight antihypoxic actions mainly in early period of trauma. Zolpidem had evident anti-ischemic action, slight antihypoxic and moderate anticonvulsant actions in late posttraumatic period. The article presents the results of the I phase of clinical trials of a vaccine preparationfor prevention of Flexner dysentery on the basis of modified Shigella flexneri lipopolysaccharide on the limited contingent of adult volunteers (26 persons). Studying general and local post-inoculative reactions showed good acceptability and low reactogenicity of candidate vaccine "FLEXVAC®" in the doses from 25 to 100 gg. In the majority ofvolunteers immunized by the candidate vaccine "FLEXVAC®" we registered 4 and more times seroconversion of IgG and IgA classes antibodies playing basic role in the formation of adaptive anti-shigella immune response.
