Гистологическая и иммуногистохимическая характеристика менингиом головного мозга

Для менингиом, группы опухолей, происходящих из мозговых оболочек, присущ большой спектр морфологических характеристик, определяющих тип и степень злокачественности. Исследование анапластических менингиом представляет сложность, так как они имеют сходство с мягкотканными злокачественными новообразованиями. Иммуноокрашивание позволяет не только определить цитогенетический источник и степень злокачественности опухоли, но и обнаружить патологические белки - продукты транскрипции повреждённых участков ДНК и дать рекомендации по назначению таргетной терапии.
