Abstract
Follow-up observation of 44 patients who had cytomegalovirus infection (CMV) in the first months of life with the assessment of the health status of these children in terms was conducted during more than 7 years (control group consisted of healthy children). The study of course and outcomes of CMV infection of the first months of life showed that up to school period 43 % of patients had formed chronic pathology and 14,2 % of children at early age formed group of "children with disability". The structure formed chronic pathology up to school period in almost all parameters values. In main group central nervous system pathology occurred 4 times more often (р < 0,001), allergy - 3 times more often (p = 0,05), the pathology of the cardiovascular system - 3 times more often, endocrine pathology - 3 times more often, pathology of gastrointestinal tract and hepatobiliary system - 5 times more often.

Abstract
As the results of complex examination of patients with compressive syndromes accompanied by spinal stenosis we determined main factors and types of compression of spinal cord roots. We analyzed electroneuromyography of 64 patients who had in their anamnesis osteochondrosis of the 2-3rd gestation period complicated with diskogenic lumbosacral radiculitis with clinical and neurological manifestation and pain syndrome of different severity level. It was established that demyeliniation is accompanied with segmental disorders expressed in the deficiency of supraspinal and suprasegmental influences that manifested as a result of ischemic process of conduction tract of spinal cord at the stenosis. Decrease of the range of reflex response (H-reflex) and afterpotential (F-wave) or their fallback is possibly connected with hypostasis of the root without its local demyeliniation. Increase of latent period of H-reflex and F-response and also band broadening of the rate of conduction of excitation correspond to the moderate changes at the pathology of proximal segment of the nerve that is the sign of local demyeliniation of the root at the absence of peripheral axonopathy. Expressed disorders correspond to the dissociation of impulse conduction velocity on the proximal segment and to the signs of axonal neuropathy of distal segment of neuromotor apparatus. Thus, the changes of such electroneuromyographic indices as impulse conduction velocity and inflammability that correspond to the manifestations of L-spinal stenosis of are caused by the compression of roots and their vessels both on injured and intact limb with development of their ischemia. Rate of conduction of excitation significantly decreases at demielinising processes caused by stenosis. Obtained data allows the clinicians to develop adequate and pathogenetically caused scheme of treatment of patients with spinal stenosis.

Abstract
The article presents the results of analysis of morbidity of the population living in the area of the Amur-Yakutsk Mainline in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in 2003-2013. The structure of morbidity of the population living in the studied territories has similar picture with the one of the population of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in whole. The diseases were included in four clusters; the most relevant (share in the amount of disease and level morbidity per 100 thousand population) are respiratory diseases (cluster I), injuries and poisoning (cluster II). Levels of disease different from those of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia): in most cases (10 classes of diseases) morbidity is lower and only for infectious diseases and neoplasms levels of morbidity were higher than the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Studied area is characterized by higher mortality of the population than in the republic (10,4 ± 0,2 %o и 9,7 ± 0,1 %). The indicator of the disability is at the level of the one in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) (5,7 ± 0,5 %).

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of difficulties in the performance of the microscopic analysis of vaginal smears of pregnant women that are connected with using current form of the analyses registration. This form doesn't include such significantfor pregnant women indices as erythrocyte level and degree of cleanliness of sheath discharge and also doesn't register extended data on microbial flora and doesn't provide data on the directional diagnosis. Also the form doesn't correspond to the purposes of examination of women from post-natal wards. We proposed unitized form of the sheet of analysis registration to increase informativity of the analysis and to improve its quality.

Abstract
The design of the research: two cross-sectional cohort studies with 10-year interval. The study included young adult females, 18-25 years of age: 209 women from Buryat population (in 2005 - 100, in 2015 - 109 persons) and 207 women from Russian population (in 2005 - 100, in 2015 -107 females). We found some positive trends in reproductive paradigm and gender behavior: relatively stable age of sexual debut, increasing role of health workers in young people reproductive education, a change of orientation in reproductive paradigm towards the model of multiple children family. The number of Orthodox believers significantly increased in Russian subpopulation.

Abstract
The article presents the research results of immunogenic potency of antigen preparation Bacillus anthracis Sterne 34F on the guinea pig model. It was found that a single inoculation of this preparation, before the contamination of virulent B. anthracis strain, protects 60-80 % of experimental animals. The metal-containing nanocomposites were used to improve the immunogenicity of this antigen preparation. The combined use of antigenic preparation S-2 with argentogalactomannan increases its immunogenic potency and conduces to the survival of experimental animals. Argentogalactomannan exhibits adjuvant properties enhanced the immunogenic features of the S-2 B. anthracis 34F2 Sterne that may indicate its availability as an adjuvant in the construction of chemical vaccines.

Abstract
In recent years the main mortality reasons were coronary heart disease, hypertension, cancer, peptic and duodenal ulcers, mental illness. Provoking factor of these diseases is chronic stress. It activates lipid peroxidation, which is one of the damaging factors for the internal organs. In the present study, we investigated the possibility to increase stress resistance and to find pathogenetic grounding of the use of plant adaptogens - astragalus, ginseng, and "Arur Tan N 7" in experimental stress. We have shown that all herbal remedies improve metabolic processes in the tissues of experimental animals and regulate the processes of free radical oxidation. Studies have shown that phyto remedy "Arur-Tan N 7 "shows antiradical activity against NO-binding radicals comparable to that of quercetin, rutin and hydroquinone. On this basis, phyto remedy "Arur-Tan N 7" was more effective in animals in simulation of stress induced by strenuous activity, it restores cells energy potential, normalizes "lipid peroxidation - antioxidant protection" balance and maintains the balance of thiols in animal body. Moreover, all tested herbal remedies at the dosages used are not toxic and therefore can be recommended for further studies.

Abstract
Recent researches established microecological relationships between intestinal, vaginal and nasopharyngeal biocenoses in the composition of a macroorganism microbiome. This study included 57 women with chronic endometritis and 21 woman without it (control group). In women with chronic endometritis all studied pathogenicity genes (asal, cylA, stxl and stx2) were identified in representatives of symbiotic microflora in all three studied habitats - vaginal, intestinal and nasopharyngeal, which confirms the presence of a reservoir of potential pathogenicity. Studied genes of pathogenicity were diagnosed in women with CE in 8 cases of the bacteria of the species E. faecalis and E. faecium, which are "harbingers" of impending serious problem. This indicates the importance of these species in etiopathogenetic structure of microbiocenoses of studied habitats, and, possibly, their impact on the course of this disease.

Abstract
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a major problem in industrialized countries. Much evidence suggest that oxidative stress has been associated with chronic diseases, including COPD. There are a number of good experimental and clinical studies clearly showing a strong relationship between oxidative stress and DNA-damage in several diseases. The present study was aimed at establishing whether genome damage is also exists in COPD. Prooxidant therapy mediates its action through the development of oxidative stress that can lead to oxidative modification of DNA. The role of ozone in the genome damage has received little attention. The genotoxicity of ozone is of interest because ozone therapy is used for the treatment of various chronic conditions, including COPD and may impose a possible risk of genotoxic effects for patients. The purpose of this study was to investigate genotoxic effect of different dosing schedules of prooxidant therapy in vitro on the blood of patients with COPD. Peripheral blood was obtained from 20 COPD patients and 15 age- and sex-matched controls. Our present results have shown that ozone induces DNA-damage in human blood cells in vitro. The severity of oxidative DNA-damage in COPD patients directly depends on the concentration of ozone. Clinical results have shown that DNA-damage is an important part of the pathogenesis of the chronic inflammatory process in the bronchopulmonary system.

Abstract
We studied the composition of phospholipids and phospholipase A2 in 96 pregnant women c cytomegalovirus infection (titer of IgG antibodies to cytomegalovirus 1 : 1600). It was found that the aggravation of CMV infection in pregnant women is accompanied with membrane-destructive phenomena, which are based on the activation of phospholipase A2 and the modification of the phospholipid matrix exhibits decrease of phosphatidylethanolamine (I trimester - by 24%, II trimester - by 16 %, III trimester - by 9 % (p < 0,001)); phosphatidylcholine (I trimester - by 14 %, II trimester - by 16 %, III trimester - 23 % (p < 0,001)); phosphatidylserine (I trimester - by 46 % (p < 0,001), II trimester - by 33 % (p < 0,01), III trimester - by 101 % (p < 0,001)). Increasing the concentration of sphingomyelin (I trimester - by 16 %, II and III trimesters - by 9 %; p < 0,001), lysophosphatidylcholine (I trimester - by 71 %, II trimester - 59 %, III trimester - by 51 % (p < 0,001)) compared with healthy women. Identified changes may be the significant factor in violation of the deformability of cells, red blood cell hemolysis, increased microviscosity blood, and therefore is the cause of fetal hypoxia.

Abstract
Comparative ranging analysis of mixed microbial biofilm forming by microbes from the same biotope is performed on the example of lactobacilli and yeast-like fungi (Candida species). Lactobacillus species (L. acidophilus, L. casei) leader strains influencing yeast-like fungal specie-depended biofilms were established. L. acidophilus and L. casei leader strains completed each other and revealed opposite regulating properties in respect of biofilm forming by С. albicans and C. tropicalis strains. In comparison to unity of positions C. tropicalis strains (all strains as the unite block in ranging sequence) according to their biofilm forming, two С. albicans subspecie populations (two blocks with higher and lower biofilm forming) were identified in biofilm ranging sequences. Results indicate perspectivity of ranging biofilm forming (by coupled cultures of potentially antagonistic microorganisms)

Abstract
The overview of own works is devoted to the new insights to mucosal innate immunity functioning. We described multifunctional lectin systems of probiotic bacteria (LSPB) and their complexes which recognize a wide spectrum of selected glycoconjugates. LSPB (separately or in combinations with other antimicrobials and antipathogen factors) are important contributors to biotope distant protection against pathogens. Being metabolomebiotics, LSPB form reversible complexes to natural and artificial glycopolymers of mucin type that allows building on duty dynamic network of directed cascades of replies of mucosal innate immunity. Probiotic molecular-cellular network "LSPB - glycopolymers" serves as an important synergistic system participating in biotope microbiocenosis antipathogen resistance and in Cross-Talking communications with human protective cells and systems to support prolonged healthy status of mucosa. This network influences mucosa pores, affine texture, tropism and redistribution in biotope. Mucosal innate immunity strategies of LSPB and their complexes against microbial and viral pathogens, early tumor-like mucosal cells are proposed. Biological properties of artificial glycopolymers interacted in LS were compared.

Abstract
Genetic variations that predispose individuals to complex disorders, such as essential hypertension, may be found in gene coding regions, intronic regions or in gene promoter region. Catalase is an endogenous antioxidant enzyme that neutralizes hydrogen peroxide and is induced by oxidative challenge. In this report we assessed the association between polymorphism -262С/Т in the promoter region of the CAT genes (rs1001179) and essential hypertension in Russian and Buryat populations of Eastern Siberia. In Russian population the frequencies of genotypes were: CC - 58,82 %; CT - 32,35 %; TT - 8,83 %, alleles C - 75 % and T - 25 %. In Buryat population the frequencies of genotypes were: CC - 90 %; CT - 7,5 %; TT - 2,5 %, alleles C - 93,75 % and T - 6,25 %. Statistically significant differences between the frequencies in control and examined groups (х2 = 14,250; р = 0,000) were found in the group of Buryat population.

Abstract
The prevalence of genotypes and alleles of polymorphic markers (-75)G>A and (+83)C>T apolipoprotein A1 gene (ApOAl) in samples of ethnic groups from Eastern Siberia (the Evenkis and Buryats) were studied. In the Evenki population allele (-75)A was registered in 22,7 % cases, in the Buryat population - in 22,4 % cases. In the Evenki population allele (+83)T was found in 6,3 % cases, in the Buryat population - in 5,9 % cases. Statistically significant differences of genotypes and alleles APOA1 prevalence between the Evenkis and the Buryats was not found. The prevalence of alleles (-75)G>A and (+83)C>T of gene APOA1 obtained in the study were compared with the prevalence in different populations around the world. For each teenager in the study group we conducted a biochemical analysis of serum lipid profile. Also a comparative analysis of blood lipid profile in carriers of different genotypes was carried out. Comparative analysis of blood lipid profile in carriers of different genotypes was conducted.

Abstract
Development of modern cell biotechnologies provides fundamental basis for the solution of many problems of modern medicine. The result of experimental researches showed huge opportunities offered by using cell biotechnologies. Group of cell technologies as part of the laboratory of experimental surgery of East Siberian Scientific Center SB RAMS (ESSC SB RAMS) opened in 1996 had a purpose to develop new technologies on the basis of method of cell biotechnologies. Employees of Irkutsk Scientific Center of Surgery and Traumatology developed original cell technologies that allowed to prepare cell material for the correction of pathological process in animal experiments. Technology of preparation of isolated liver cells, isolated and cultivated spleen cells, Langerhans islets, long-term cryopreservation of prepared material allows to create reserve supplies to use them as required. Using xenogenic biomaterial has some advantages over using allogenic biomaterial - such as availability, opportunity for precise research of the donor, prevention of contamination of the recipient with different infections, absence of "law factor".

Abstract
Leptospirosis is a cosmopolitan natural-focal disease representing a serious problem for the majority of the countries in the world including the Russian Federation because this infection causes a serious economic and social damage. Modern laboratory diagnostics of leptospiroses is based on a complex of bacteriological, immunological and molecularbiological methods used in various combinations depending on the problems and possibilities of the laboratories. At all variety, many methods are not applied in practice and the gold standard still remains the routine serological method. Disease diagnostics is based on a set of epidemiological, epizootological, clinical and pathoanatomical data with obligatory laboratory verification of the diagnosis. However often laboratory verification is retrospective or in general absent. For achievement of the best results in leptospirosis diagnostics, it is necessary to improve the available laboratory methods and to use it in practice. Especial attention should be given to introduction of new molecular technologies that simplify laboratory diagnostics and expand its possibilities.

Abstract
In the review the questions connected with arterial hypertension which is for the first time shown at children and adolescense age are taken up. Violations of neurovegetative and endocrine influences at arterial hypertension are shown by characteristic changes of the central and regional haemodynamics as a result of which metabolic and functional violations in all bodies and systems of an organism are noted, including fabrics of dentofacial system. Violations in system of the microcirculatory bloodstream, in particular in the region of the head and neck, influence on a traffic of fabrics of dentofacial system that promotes more active course of pathological processes in dental tissue and paradentium tissue. When studying incidence of caries of teeth and paradentium diseases by a number of authors the important role of somatic pathology at which there is an increase in prevalence and intensity of dental disorder is established.

Abstract
The aim of the research was to summarize the results of the researches of preoperative diagnostics of intracranial hypertension using data of modern publications and also to determine possible algorithm of diagnostic measures before planning neurosurgical approach at the treatment of intracranial injuries. We analyzed Russian and foreign literary sources for 30 years using key words and search system PubMed. The analysis shows that the search of methods of non-invasive control of intracranial pressure is still actual because of the risk of severe complications of using invasive methods. The most accurate and clinically valuable method of evaluation and prediction of intracranial hypertension in patients with severe craniocerebral injury amongst all considered non-invasive methods (evaluation of tympanic membrane displacement, cochlear microphonia, evaluation of blood pressure in retinal veins, transcranial Doppler imaging, evaluation of optic nerve diameter etc.) is an evaluation of optic nerve diameter using data of ultrasonography, CT imaging and magnetic resonance tomography. Given the fact of operator-dependence of ultrasonography and known limitation for using magnetic resonance tomography in patients with severe craniocerebral injury, CT-data of the optic nerve diameter more than 5,8 mm available from plain preoperative examination can be considered as a reliable prognostic index of development of intracranial hypertension while planning p operative approach.
