Использование нестероидных противовоспалительных препаратов для профилактики острого панкреатита после эндоскопической ретроградной холангиопанкреатографии (обзор литературы)

Эндоскопическая ретроградная холангиопанкреатография (ЭРХПГ) - один из важнейших методов диагностики заболеваний органов панкреатобилиарной зоны. Помимо визуализации внутрипротоковых изменений, эта методика позволяет осуществлять широкий спектр хирургических вмешательств, таких, как папиллосфинктеротомия,удаление конкрементов,установка стентов и др. К сожалению, при проведении ЭРХПГ могут возникать серьезные осложнения, в первую очередь, острый панкреатит. Для предупреждения развития этой патологии предложены различные технические и фармакологические подходы, однако далеко не все из них доказали свою эффективность в ходе клинических испытаний. Одним из наиболее удачных средств для профилактики ЭРХПГ-ассоциированного панкреатита оказалось применение нестероидных противовоспалительных препаратов (НПВП). Настоящий обзор посвящен анализу литературных данных по данному вопросу.
