При создании диагностической модели использовали множественный, линейный, пошаговый регрессионный анализ биохимических (ПТИ, глюкоза, альбумин, АСТ, ЛДГ) и иммунологических тестов (показатели функциональной активности нейтрофилов и моноцитов, относительное содержание в крови CD8+Т-лимфоцитов и CD19+В-клeток), что позволяло рассчитать 2 интегральных индекса фиброза печении (ИИФП-биох и ИИФП-имм, соответственно). Показано, что ИИФП-биох позволяет, не прибегая к пункционной биопсии печени, прогнозировать соответствующую стадию фиброза у больных ХВГ с диагностической точностью 86—87 %, а в комбинации с ИИФП-имм — на уровне 97,7 %.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The study was devoted to development of non-invasive methods for diagnosis of liver fibrosis in patients with chronic viral hepatitis (CVH). The stepwise logistic multivariate regression analysis of biochemical (PTI, glucose, albumin, AST, LDH) and immunological parameters (the functional activity of neutrophils and monocytes, the relative content of CD8+ T- and CD19+B-cells) was used for the establishment of diagnostic model. Based on the multiple regression analysis we derived a 2 novel Integral Indexes of Liver Fibrosis (IILF-biochem and IILF-immun, respectively).
