Червеобразный отросток как один их важнейших звеньев иммунной системы, не только выполняет иммунологический надзор в организме человека, но и может служить «шоковым» органом развития аллергического воспаления. Морфологические изменения, наблюдающиеся в воспаленном аппендиксе, выявляют ряд особенностей, присущих с одной стороны форме заболевания, с другой стороны — генезу воспаления. В статье указаны изменения функционального состояния иммунной системы и морфологические особенности червеобразного отростка у больных острым аппендицитом, свидетельствующих в пользу аллергического генеза воспаления.
Appendix as one their major part of immune system., not only carries out immunological supervision in an organism of the person, but also can serve as "shock" body of development of an allergic inflammation. Morphological changes observed in the inflamed shoot, reveal a number of the features inherent on the one hand in the form of disease, from other side — genesis of inflammation. In the review changes of a functional condition of immune system and morphological features appendix at patients with acute appendicitis, testifying in favor of allergic genesis inflammation are specified.
