Способ апробирован на 8 беспородных собаках, которым моделировали пострезекционный дефект или предварительно формировали трахеостому. В качестве аутотрасплантата у экспериментальных животных выбран свободный кожно-фасциальный паховый лоскут. Эффективность способа оценивалась клинически, рентгенологическим, визуальным осмотром области вмешательства и гистологическим методами контроля. Показано, что способ позволяет устранять окончатые дефекты трахеи хорошо кровоснабжаемым аутотрансплантатом с минимальным анатомо-функциональным или косметическим ущербом для донорской зоны, упростить и сократить продолжительность операции. Ключевые слова: реконструкция трахеи, свободный лоскут, никелид титана</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Reconstruction of fenestrated tracheal defect using free revascularized flap combined with titanium nikelide implant has been developed. The experimental study was performed on 8 mongrels, on which defect or tracheostomy was created. The tracheal defect reconstruction was completed using free fasciocutaneous inguinal flap. Efficacy of the method was tested using clinical, radiological, macro- and microscopic examination.
