Вирус папилломы человека (ВПЧ) является ведущим этиологическим фактором рака шейки матки, одного из самых распространенных онкологических заболеваний. В регионах Российской Федерации (РФ) папилломавирусная инфекция имеет различную частоту встречаемости от 13 до 68.4%.Цель исследования: установить частоту выявления вируса папилломы человека среди женщин и мужчин в г. Иркутске по данным обращаемости. Материал и методы. Ретроспективно проведён анализ результатов лабораторных исследований пациентов, которые за период с 2014 по 2016 гг. обратились в медицинское учреждение для диагностики вируса папилломы человека. За указанный период было обследовано 13 090 человек в возрасте от 18 до 67 лет, из них 11 174 женщин и 1 916 мужчин. Диагностику ВПЧ проводили методом полимеразной цепной реакции (ПЦР), с гибридизационно-флуоресцентной детекцией по конечной точке и в режиме реального времени. Материалом для исследования служил клинический материал: у женщин – соскоб эпителия цервикального канала или эпителия с поверхности шейки матки; у мужчин – соскоб эпителия уретры. Статистическая обработка данных проводилась с использованием статистической программы «BioStat». При сравнении выборок использовали непараметрические критерии – критерий χ2 и z-критерий.Результаты. Установлено, что по данным обращаемости частота выявления ВПЧ в г. Иркутске составляет 21,1 %, среди женщин – 21,9 %, среди мужчин – 16,4 %. Показано, что в выборке женщин частота выявления возбудителя папилломавирусной инфекции значимо больше, чем в выборке мужчин (p &lt; 0,001).Заключение. Проведённое исследование позволило установить, что частота выявления ВПЧ в Иркутске составляет 21.1 % и характеризуется гендерными отличиями.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Background. In the regions of the Russian Federation (RF), papillomavirus infection in women of reproductive age is characterized by different frequency of occurrence from 13 to 68.4 %. Aims: to establish the frequency of detection of human papilloma virus in Irkutsk, according to the data of circulation. Materials and methods. The article presents the results of the medical examination of residents of Irkutsk on the presence DNA of human papilloma virus. We analyzed the results of laboratory studies of patients who from 2014 to 2016 turned to the medical institution for the diagnosis of human papilloma virus. For the period surveyed was 13 090 man, age from 18 to 67 years, including 11 174 women and 1 916 male. The diagnosis of HPV was carried out by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results. It was found the frequency of HPV in Irkutsk in the general population is 21.1 %, among women – 21.9 %, among male – 16.4 %.
