Недостаточность и дефицит витамина D имеет широкое распространение во всем мире и является особо актуальной проблемой для Восточной Сибири в связи с географическим положением и климатом.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Оценить обеспеченность витамином D населения Иркутской области с учётом сезонности, пола и возраста для формирования групп повышенного риска развития гиповитаминоза D.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Было проведено ретроспективное выборочное не-контролируемое исследование распространенности дефицита витамина D среди 939 пациентов: 148 детей из клиники ФГБНУ НЦ ПЗСРЧ и 791 взрослого, рекрутированного в Центре Инновационной медицины ФГБНУ НЦ ПЗСРЧ в период 2023-2024 гг. Определение концентраций витамина D в сыворотке крови проводилось с помощью иммуноферментного анализа (ИФА) с использованием тест-систем 25-OH витамин D (Euroimmun AG, Германия).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. При анализе уровней витамина D у пациентов разных возрастных групп выявлены определенные различия. В группе взрослых уровень 25(OH)D демонстрировал тенденцию к увеличению с возрастом. Среди детей наиболее высокие значения были у дошкольников и младших школьников (32,8 ± 17,5 нг/мл). Снижение уровня 25(OH)D наблюдается в подростковом возрасте: в группе подростков 12-14 лет среднее значение составило 27,3 ± 13,9 нг/мл, у старших подростков 15-17 лет — самое низкое: 21,1 ± 11,7 нг/мл. Так в группе молодых взрослых (18-44 года) среднее значение составило 31,5 ± 17,2 нг/мл, у лиц среднего возраста (45-59 лет) — 33,7 ± 18,8 нг/мл, в пожилой группе (60 лет и старше) — наибольшее среднее значение: 41,2 ± 23,6 нг/мл.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Анализ уровней витамина D в зависимости от сезона показал статистически значимые различия в показателях между двумя сезонными периодами — осень-зима и весна-лето (p = 0,0005).</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. Vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency are highly prevalent worldwide, affecting a significant proportion of the general population. This issue is of particular concern in Eastern Siberia due to its geographical location and climate.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To assess vitamin D status among the population of the Irkutsk region with consideration of seasonal, sex-based, and age-related differences, in order to identify high-risk groups for hypovitaminosis D.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. A retrospective, non-controlled, selective study was conducted to assess the prevalence of vitamin D deficiency among 939 patients: 148 children in clinic of the Scientific Center for Family Health and Human Reproduction Problems, and 791 adults recruited at the Center for Innovative Medicine in 2023-2024. Vitamin D concentrations were determined using ELISA 25-OH vitamin D test systems (Euroimmun AG, Germany).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Age-specific differences in serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D] concentrations were observed. Among children, the highest levels were observed in preschoolers and younger school-age children (32.8 ± 17.5 ng/mL). A decline in vitamin D levels was noted during adolescence: in the 12-14-year age group, the mean was 27.3 ± 13.9 ng/mL; in older adolescents (15-17 years), the lowest levels were detected - 21.1 ± 11.7 ng/mL. Among adults, 25(OH)D levels demonstrated an increasing trend with age. In young adults (18-44 years), the mean concentration was 31.5 ± 17.2 ng/mL; in middle-aged adults (45-59 years) - 33.7 ± 18.8 ng/mL; and in older adults (&gt; 60 years), the highest mean value was recorded at 41.2 ± 23.6 ng/mL.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
