Холодовой стресс, как один из важнейших факторов внешней среды в районах холодного климата, может вызывать нарушения гомеостаза организма и приводить к различным патологическим состояниям. Дефицит магния в этих условиях может быть компенсирован путем добавления в рацион питания органических форм магнийсодержащих добавок.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования. Оценка нейропротекторных свойств белкового сывороточного концентрата, обогащенного магнием и пробиотическими культурами, на модели холодового стресса.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы. Был использован концентрат термически осажденных белков молочной сыворотки (белковая добавка), содержащий хелатную форму магния и обогащенный лактобактериями. Исследование проводилось 21 день на модели холодового стресса на 18 беспородных крысах-самцах: 1-я группа – интактная, 2-я группа – контрольная (перорально вода 0,2 мл + холодовой стресс), 3-я группа – опытная (перорально добавка 0,2 мл + холодовой стресс). В тесте</p><p>«Открытое поле» определяли параметры общей двигательной и исследовательской активности, интегральный уровень тревожности. Статистический анализ проводили с помощью пакета программ «Biostat-2006».</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Животные, получавшие добавку, проявляли большую горизонтальную и вертикальную активность. Их суммарная двигательная активность была на 42,5 % выше по сравнению с контрольной группой и на 122,2 %</p><p>– по сравнению с интактной группой. У крыс опытной группы исследовательская активность была на 143,9 % выше, чем у животных интактной группы, и на 42,3 % выше, чем в контрольной. Уровень тревожности в опытной группе был на 75,3 % ниже, чем в интактной и на 74,9 % ниже, чем в контрольной.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. На модели холодового стресса установлена нейропротекторная эффективность обогащенного белкового концентрата, о чем свидетельствует увеличение общей и исследовательской активности, снижение уровня тревожности животных. Добавка может быть рекомендована в качестве источника белка и магния при воздействии низких температур самостоятельно и в составе пищевых продуктов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. Cold stress, as one of the most important environmental factors in cold climates, can cause disturbances in the body’s homeostasis and lead to various pathological conditions. Magnesium deficiency in these conditions can be compensated by adding organic forms of magnesium-containing supplements to the diet.</p></sec><sec><title>The aim</title><p>The aim. To evaluate the neuroprotective properties of whey protein concentrate enriched with magnesium and probiotic cultures on a cold stress model.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. A concentrate of thermally precipitated whey proteins (protein supplement) containing a chelated form of magnesium and enriched with lactobacilli was used. The study was conducted for 21 days on a cold stress model on 18 outbred male rats: group 1 – intact, group 2 – control (oral water 0.2 ml + cold stress), group 3 – experimental (oral supplement 0.2 ml + cold stress). In the Open Field test, the parameters of general motor and exploratory activity, and the integral level of anxiety were determined. Statistical analysis was performed using the Biostat-2006 software package.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Animals that received the supplement showed greater horizontal and vertical activity. Their summary motor activity was 42.5 % higher than in the control group and 122.2 % higher than in the intact group. In the experimental group, exploratory activity was 143.9 % higher than in the intact group and 42.3 % higher than in the control group. The anxiety level in the experimental group was 75.3 % lower than in the intact group and 74.9 % lower than in the control group.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The neuroprotective efficacy of the enriched protein concentrate was established in the cold stress model, as evidenced by an increase in general and exploratory activity, a decrease in the anxiety level of animals.
