Качественные и количественные изменения состава биоценоза влагалища происходят под воздействием различных экзогенных и эндогенных факторов и могут способствовать развитию воспалительных заболеваний вульвы и влагалища.</p><p>Цель библиографического обзора. Провести анализ современных литературных данных об особенностях биоценоза влагалища девочек-подростков, его  формировании в  возрастном аспекте, изменениях при  воздействии неблагоприятных факторов и при наличии коморбидных заболеваний. Было проанализировано 250  иностранных и  отечественных источников литературы, индексированных в РИНЦ, PubMed, Scopus, SSCI, преимущественно с 2014 по 2024 г. Для статьи использовано 69 источников, из них 23 были опубликованы за последние 5 лет.</p><p>Результаты. Большинство исследований подчёркивают тот  факт, что  необходимо тщательно обследовать девочек-подростков с  выявленными факторами риска нарушений биоценоза влагалища, в том числе с коморбидными заболеваниями.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The main representative of the vaginal biocenosis of adolescent girls after menarche and during the reproductive period of life is obligate-anaerobic lactobacilli. Qualitative and quantitative changes in the composition of the vaginal biocenosis occur under the influence of various exogenous and endogenous factors and can contribute to the development of the vulvar and vaginal inflammatory diseases.</p><sec><title>The  aim of  the review</title><p>The  aim of  the review. To  analyze modern literary data on  the  peculiarities of the vaginal biocenosis of adolescent girls, its formation in the age aspect, changes under the influence of adverse factors and in the presence of comorbid diseases. Two hundred fifty foreign and Russian literature sources indexed in RSCI, PubMed, Scopus, SSCI were analyzed, mainly from 2014 to 2024. Sixty-nine sources were used for the article, 23 of them published in the last 5 years.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results.
