Согласно данным Всемирной организации здравоохранения, каждый год в мире около 15 миллионов детей рождаются раньше положенного срока, причем в течение последних десятилетий этот показатель имеет тенденцию к росту во всех странах. Неонатальная смертность недоношенных детей составляет по данным различных авторов 28 %, при этом около 50–70 % общей перинатальной смертности связано исключительно с осложнениями, обусловленными недоношенностью. В обзоре проведен систематический анализ современной отечественной и зарубежной литературы, посвященной изучению последствий перенесенных преждевременных родов у недоношенных детей. В исследовании использованы информационные базы данных: eLibrary.ru, Scopus, PubMed, MEDLINE, ScienceDirect, Cochrane и на момент написания статьи в сентябре 2024 г. Проанализированы источники последних 10 лет. Поиск производился по ключевым словам: «недоношенность», «детский церебральный паралич», «расстройства аутистического спектра», «синдром гиперактивности и дефицита внимания», «неонатальные судороги», «задержка психического развития». Рассмотрены вопросы распространённости, существующие классификации, влияние факторов риска на организм матери и плода в возникновении преждевременных родов, рождению недоношенных детей и развитие неврологических расстройств. Статистически подтверждено, что вероятность негативных исходов и смертность значительно снижаются с увеличением гестационного возраста и массы тела при рождении. Чем больше ребёнок находится в утробе матери и больше его вес при рождении, тем выше шансы на благоприятный исход. Проведение профилактики невынашивания беременности, включающей модификацию образа жизни в группах высокого риска, позволит увеличить срок беременности, массу тела плода при рождении и снизит частоту преждевременных родов и количество недоношенных детей, улучшив перинатальные исходы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The problem of miscarriage is relevant from the point of view of perinatal and neonatal morbidity and mortality, as well as the growing costs to the country’s economy. According to the World Health Organization, about 15 million children are born prematurely every year, and over the past decades this figure has tended to increase in all countries. The review provides a systematic analysis of modern domestic and foreign literature devoted to the study of the consequences of premature birth in premature infants. At the time of writing, September 2024, the following information databases were used in the study: eLibrary.ru, Scopus, PubMed, MEDLINE, ScienceDirect, Cochrane. The sources of the last 10 years have been analyzed. The search was performed by keywords: “prematurity”, “cerebral palsy”, “autism spectrum disorders”, “Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder”, “neonatal seizures”, “mental retardation”. The issues of prevalence, existing classifications, the influence of risk factors on the mother and fetus in the occurrence of premature birth, premature babies in the development of neurological disorders were considered. It has been statistically confirmed that the probability of negative outcomes and mortality significantly decrease with an increase in gestational age and birth weight. The longer the child was in the womb and the greater its birth weight – the higher the chances of a favorable outcome.
