Наружный генитальный эндометриоз (НГЭ) нередко является причиной бесплодия, при этом коагуляция его очагов приводит к восстановлению фертильности. Зачастую неинвазивная дооперационная диагностика НГЭ затруднена. Сегодня спорным остаётся вопрос о проведении лапароскопии при бесплодии и о том, существует ли необходимость в дополнительных показаниях к её выполнению. Выявление взаимосвязи между определёнными экстрагенитальными заболеваниями с НГЭ является перспективным относительно как понимания патогенеза НГЭ, так и прогнозирования его развития.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования. Выявление взаимосвязи экстрагенитальных заболеваний с наличием НГЭ у инфертильных женщин репродуктивного возраста.</p><p>Материалы и методы исследования. При подготовке к программам вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий в клинике «Витромед» с 2019 по 2021 г. обследованы 1132 женщины репродуктивного возраста. Проводились сбор и обработка клинико-анамнестических данных. Диагноз НГЭ верифицировали посредством лапароскопии с гистологическим исследованием. Результаты анализировали с использованием точного критерия и бинарной логистической регрессии для построения модели взаимосвязи НГЭ и соматической патологии.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования. НГЭ выявлен у 222 пациенток. Обнаружен ряд соматических заболеваний, наиболее часто встречающихся при НГЭ: заболевания кишечника; малые аномалии развития сердца; хроническая анемия; патология поджелудочной железы; хронический тонзиллит; аллергия. Построена логистическая регрессионная модель, позволяющая прогнозировать наличие НГЭ у пациенток с указанной соматической патологией с чувствительностью 81,53 % и специфичностью 97,25 %.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Выявление у женщин с бесплодием коморбидных экстрагенитальных заболеваний, сопутствующих НГЭ, может служить основанием для расширения объёма лечебно-диагностических мероприятий, в частности для лапароскопии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. External genital endometriosis (EGE) is often the cause of infertility, while coagulation of its foci leads to the restoration of fertility. Often, non-invasive</p><p>preoperative diagnosis of EGE is difficult. Today, the issue of laparoscopy in infertility and whether there is a need for additional indications for its implementation remains controversial. Identification of the relationship between certain extragenital diseases with EGE is promising in terms of both understanding the pathogenesis of EGE and predicting its development.</p></sec><sec><title>The aim</title><p>The aim. Identification of the relationship of extragenital diseases with the presence of EGE in infertile women of reproductive age.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. In preparation for assisted reproductive technology programs at the Vitromed Clinic, 1 132 women of reproductive age were examined from 2019 to 2021. Collection and processing of clinical and anamnestic data were carried out. The diagnosis of EGE was verified by laparoscopy with histological examination. The results were analyzed using exact test and binary logistic regression to build a model of the relationship between EGE and somatic pathology.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. EGE was detected in 222 patients. A number of somatic diseases were found that are most common in EGE: bowel diseases; minor cardiac maldevelopments; chronic anemia; pathology of the pancreas; chronic tonsillitis; allergy. A logistic regression model was constructed to predict the presence of EGE in patients with the indicated somatic pathology with a sensitivity of 81.53 % and a specificity of 97.25 %.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
