Изучить клинико-рентгенологическую эффективность применения операции корпэктомии и передней стабилизации сетчатыми титановыми имплантатами у пациентов с миелопатическим синдромом на фоне дегенеративных заболеваний шейного отдела позвоночника.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Выполнено ретроспективное наблюдательное когортное исследование. В исследование включены медицинские карты пациентов с шейной миелопатией на фоне дегенеративных заболеваний шейного отдела позвоночника, перенёсших операцию корпэктомии и передней стабилизации сетчатыми титановыми имплантатами. Оценивались клинические и инструментальные параметры.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В исследование включено 28 медицинских карт респондентов, которым выполнена операция корпэктомии и передней стабилизации сетчатыми титановыми имплантатами. Средний возраст пациентов составил 61,9 ± 11,3 года, превалировали лица мужского пола (60,7 %). К 3-му месяцу послеоперационного наблюдения степень выраженности миелопатии статистически значимо снизилась (р˂0,001). Спустя 12 месяцев выраженность шейного миелопатического синдрома также статистически значимо снизилась (р = 0,009). Неврологический статус 18 (64,2 %) респондентов возрос в первые 3 месяца после выполнения операции корпэктомии и передней стабилизации сетчатыми титановыми имплантатами; спустя 6 месяцев от момента выполнения оперативного вмешательства статус возрос у оставшихся 8 (30,7 %) пациентов (р˂0,001). Предоперационные значения сагиттального угла Кобба позволили заключить следующее. У 13 (46,4 %) пациентов отмечена нормолордотическая ось шейного отдела позвоночного столба, у 12 (42,8 %) – гиполордотическая, у 3 (10,8 %) респондентов значения угла Кобба соответствовали кифотической оси шейного отдела позвоночника.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Методика корпэктомии и передней стабилизации сетчатыми титановыми имплантатами у пациентов с миелопатическим синдромом на фоне дегенеративных заболеваний шейного отдела позвоночника позволяет улучшить клинический статус последних уже спустя 3 месяца от момента выполнения оперативного вмешательства с сохранением нормальных биомеханических параметров шейного отдела позвоночного столба и полноценной декомпрессией невральных структур и питающих их сосудов. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of this study was to research the clinical and radiological efficacy of  corpectomy and anterior stabilization with titanium mesh cages in patients with myelopathic syndrome associated with cervical spine degenerative diseases.</p><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. A retrospective observational cohort study was performed. The study included medical records of patients with cervical myelopathy associated with degenerative diseases of the cervical spine who underwent corpectomy and  anterior stabilization with titanium mesh cages. Clinical and instrumental parameters were assessed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The study included 28  medical records of respondents who underwent corpectomy and anterior stabilization with titanium mesh implants. The average age of patients was 61.9 ± 11.3 years, males prevailed (60.7 %). By the 3rd month of  postoperative follow-up, the severity of myelopathy significantly decreased (p˂0.001). After 12  months, the severity of cervical myelopathic syndrome also significantly decreased (p = 0.009). The neurological status of 18 (64.2 %) respondents improved in the first 3  months after corpectomy and anterior stabilization with titanium mesh implants and 6 months after the surgery, the status improved in the remaining 8 (30.7 %) patients (p˂0.001). Preoperative values of the Cobb sagittal angle allowed us to conclude the following. In 13 (46.4 %) patients, the normolordotic axis of the cervical spine was noted, in 12  (42.8  %) – the  hypolordotic axis, and in 3 (10.8 %) respondents, the Cobb angle values corresponded to the kyphotic axis of the cervical spine.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
