Производственный шум является одним из наиболее распространённых факторов трудового процесса, длительное воздействие которого приводит к развитию нейросенсорной тугоухости (НСТ). В общей структуре хронической профессиональной патологии НСТ занимает ведущие позиции. Исследований, описывающих психологические характеристики пациентов с НСТ профессионального генеза, немного.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы. В исследовании приняли участие пациенты с НСТ профессионального генеза (n = 21) и практически здоровые лица без признаков НСТ (n = 23). Все участвующие в исследовании являлись работниками предприятия теплоэнергетики, работающими в условиях воздействия шума. Выполнено психологическое исследование с помощью анкетирования. Проведена стандартизация групп обследованных пациентов по возрасту. Анализ данных проводился с помощью программы Statistica 6.0. </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Почти треть пациентов с НСТ относятся к группе лиц с высоким уровнем тревожности по сравнению со здоровыми участниками (p˂ 0,01). Смешанный тип реакции на окружающую действительность сочетает в себе высокую потребность в самоактуализации с высоким самоконтролем, тенденцией к торможению и сдерживанию поведенческих реакций, в этом случае возможно «перекрытие» как невротических, так и поведенческих реакций, что может повлиять на общее перенапряжение и проявляется соматизацией внутреннего конфликта. В целом пациенты с НСТ используют конструктивные когнитивные, эмоциональные и поведенческие копингстратегии. Пациенты используют как конструктивные, так и напряженные защитные механизмы.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Установлено, у пациентов с НСТ по сравнению с практически здоровыми лицами накапливается напряжение, появляется склонность к психотравматизации. Однако в настоящий момент сложно определить, является ли НСТ предрасполагающим фактором к этим психологическим характеристикам, поэтому необходимо продолжить исследования, чтобы определить, насколько значима эта взаимосвязь. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Noise-induced hearing loss is a rather prevalent condition and can be distressing for a substantial proportion of patients, although researches describing psychological characteristics in noise-induced occupational hearing loss patients are not numerous.</p><p>The study aims to find the effects of occupational noise on the psychological status among noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL) patients.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. Two groups, cross-sectional design. Study sample: 44 occupational noiseinduced male forming NIHL patients group (n = 21) and a control group (n = 23). Both groups were tested using the Russian versions of psychological questionnaires.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Almost one third of NIHL patients are the highly anxiety individuals as compared with the healthy participants (p &lt; 0.01). Mixed type of response to the surrounding reality combined a high need for self-actualization with high self-control, tendency to inhibit and restrain behavioral reactions, in this case it is possible to “overlap” both neurotic and behavioral responses, which can affect the general overstrain and manifest by the somatization of the internal conflict.
