Зонд Раабе – это аспиратор с возможностями монополярного картирования моторных проводящих путей. Ряд технических характеристик позволяет использовать его при проведении интраоперационного нейрофизиологического мониторинга во время задней стабилизации поясничного отдела  позвоночника.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования: анализ опыта применения зонда Раабе при проведении интраоперационного нейрофизиологического мониторинга во время задней стабилизации поясничного отдела позвоночника.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы. В исследование включено 98 пациентов с дегенеративными изменениями и травмами поясничного отдела позвоночника, из них 55 женщин и 43 мужчины, средний возраст – 56,3 ± 12,8 года. По объёму операции: 85 случаев (86,7 %) – декомпрессия позвоночного канала со стабилизацией дорзальными и вентральными имплантами, 12 случаев (12,2 %) – декомпрессия позвоночного канала со стабилизацией дорзальными имплантами, 1 случай (1,0 %) – стабилизация дорзальным имплантом без декомпрессии. Все операции проведены с применением интраоперационного нейрофизиологического мониторинга по методике B. Calancie с использованием зонда Раабе.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. При критическом пороге М-ответа 12 мА – чувствительность метода составляет 94 %, специфичность – 97 %. При сравнении порогов М-ответа на этапе стимуляции винтов не было выявлено статистически значимых различий между группами истинно положительных и ложноположительных результатов как для заинтересованных (р = 0,09), так и для интактных (р = 0,16) винтов. На этапе стимуляции импактора порог М-ответа в группе истинно положительных результатов составил 11,39 ± 7,97 мА, в группе ложноположительных результатов – 24,16 ± 8,85 мА (р &lt; 0,05).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Применение зонда Раабе при проведении интраоперационного нейрофизиологического мониторинга во время задней стабилизации поясничного отдела позвоночника системой транспедикулярной фиксации показало высокую чувствительность и специфичность метода. Наиболее достоверным признаком повреждения стенки ножки позвонка является снижение порога М-ответа ниже 12 мА на этапе стимуляции  импактора.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. Raabe probe is a suction device with monopolar motor fibers mapping capabilities. A number of technical characteristics make it possible to use it for intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring during posterior lumbar fusion surgery.</p><p>The aim of this study was to analyze our experience of Raabe probe using for intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring during posterior lumbar fusion surgery.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. Ninety-eight patients (55 women and 43 men) with degenerative changes and injuries of the lumbar spine were included into the study, mean age – 56.3 ± 12.8 years. Patients underwent the following operations: 85 cases (86.7 %) – spinal roots decompression with fusion by dorsal and ventral implants, 12 cases (12.2 %) – decompression with only dorsal fusion, 1 case (1.0 %) – dorsal fusion without decompression. In all cases intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring control by B. Calancie method with Raabe probe using was performed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. With a critical current threshold of 12 mA, the sensitivity of the method is 94 %, the specificity is 97 %.
