Инсомнические расстройства встречаются более чем у половины женщин в менопаузе. Данные нарушения могут способствовать изменению прооксидантно-антиоксидантного баланса, приводя к повреждению структурных клеточных элементов. В настоящее время отмечается дефицит исследований по данному вопросу.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования.  Провести сравнительный анализ уровня продуктов окисления белков у женщин с инсомнией в перии постменопаузе.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследовании приняли участие женщины пери(n = 30) и постменопаузального (n = 60) периодов, которые после анкетирования по специальным опросникам сна: тест для оценки субъективной тяжести инсомнии, шкала сонливости Эпворта, Мюнхенский тест, – были разделены на 2 группы в каждой фазе менопаузы (группа контроля и основная группа). Содержание продуктов окисления белков определяли иммуноферментным анализом с использованием наборов «ImmunDiagnostik» (Германия) на анализаторе «BioTek EL×808» (США). При анализе межгрупповых различий для независимых выборок использовали критерий Манна – Уитни.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Сравнительный анализ уровней продуктов окисления белков у женщин контрольных групп в зависимости от фазы климактерия показал увеличение их содержания в постменопаузальном периоде по сравнению с перименопаузой (p &lt; 0,05). При сравнении показателя окислительной модификации белков между контролем и основной группой в разных фазах климактерия статистически значимые различия в его уровнях выявлены только в перименопаузальном периоде в сторону более высокого содержания у женщин с инсомнией (p &lt; 0,05). Наличие инсомнии в постменопаузе сопровождается более высоким уровнем белкового окисления по сравнению с перименопаузальным периодом (p &lt; 0,05).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют об ассоциации инсомнии с окислительной модификацией белков только в перименопаузальном периоде.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. Insomnia occurs in more than half of menopausal women. These disorders can contribute to a change in the prooxidant-antioxidant balance, causing the damage to structural cellular elements. Currently, there is a lack of research on this issue.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To carry out a comparative analysis of the level of advanced oxidation protein products in in periand postmenopausal women with insomnia.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study included peri(n = 30) and postmenopausal (n = 60) women, who were divided into 2 groups (control and main groups) in each menopausal phase after being questioned using special sleep questionnaires: Insomnia Severity Index; Epworth Sleepiness Scale; Munich Chronotype Questionnaire. The advanced oxidation protein products (AOPP) levels was determined by immunoenzymatic assay using ImmunDiagnostik (German) kits on a BioTek EL×808 (USA) analyzer. Statistical analysis was performed using Mann – Whitney test.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Comparative analysis of the AOPP levels in control groups, depending on the menopausal periods, showed an increase in their levels in the postmenopausal period as compared to perimenopause (p &lt; 0.05). When comparing the AOPP levels between the control and the main group in different menopausal periods, statistically significant differences were revealed only in the perimenopausal period towards a higher content in women with insomnia (p &lt; 0.05). The presence of insomnia in postmenopausal women is accompanied by a higher AOPP levels as compared to the perimenopausal women (p &lt; 0.05).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
