Оценить диагностическую значимость методики контраст-усиленного ультразвукового исследования почек у пациентов с сахарным диабетом (СД) 2-го типа с дозой вводимого контрастного препарата 0,5 мл.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Было проведено обследование 12 пациентов с верифицированным диагнозом СД 2-го типа. Возраст обследованных пациентов составил 31–59 лет, средний возраст – 49 ± 1,3 года. Всем пациентам была проведена комплексная диагностика, включающая ультразвуковое исследование почек в В-режиме с дальнейшей допплеровской оценкой состояния гемодинамики в сосудах почек. Далее проводилось контраст-усиленное ультразвуковое исследование (КУУЗИ) почек с применением эхоконтрастного препарата «Соновью» в дозе 2,5 мл (в соответствии с Европейскими рекомендациями для клинической практики по контраст-усиленному ультразвуковому исследованию) и в дозе 0,5 мл (по усовершенствованной методике применения эхоконтрастного препарата внутривенно струйно).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. При использовании усовершенствованной методики (0,5 мл эхоконтрастного препарата внутривенно струйно) в сравнении с методикой, предложенной Европейскими рекомендациями (2,5 мл эхоконтрастного препарата внутривенно струйно), у пациентов с СД 2-го типа выявлено, что качественные и количественные показатели КУУЗИ были идентичными либо незначительно отличались и не повлияли на интерпретацию результатов.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Таким образом, усовершенствованная методика КУУЗИ с применением 0,5 мл эхоконтрастного препарата показала возможности в диагностике диабетической нефропатии у пациентов с СД 2-го типа, а также раскрыла потенциал экономически выгодного распределения эхоконтрастного препарата без потери качества и информативности исследования.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim of the research</title><p>Aim of the research. Тo evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of the contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination of kidneys in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with a dose of 0.5 ml of contrast agent administered.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. We examined 12 patients with a verified diagnosis of type 2 diabetes. The age of the examined patients was 31–59 years, the mean age was 49 ± 1.3 years. All patients underwent complex diagnostics, including ultrasound examination of the kidneys in B-mode with further renal vessels color Doppler imaging to assess vessels hemodynamics. A contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination of the kidneys was carried out using Sonovue contrast agent at the doses of 2.5 ml (according to the European Good Clinical Practice Recommendations for Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasound) and 0.5 ml (an improved technique of contrast agent intravenous bolus administration).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The improved technique (0.5 ml of contrast agent intravenous bolus administration) in comparison with the European Recommendations technique (2.5 ml of contrast agent intravenous bolus administration) used in patients with type 2 diabetes showed no or minor differences in the qualitative and quantitative indicators of contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination which did not affect the interpretation of the results.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
