Актуальность проблемы хирургического лечения молоткообразной деформации пальцев стопы обусловлена частотой встречаемости патологии, наличием неудовлетворительных результатов и послеоперационных осложнений.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель работы</title><p>Цель работы. Анализ научной литературы, посвящённой проблемам хирургического лечения молоткообразной деформации пальцев стопы.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы</title><p>Материалы. Проанализированы отечественные и зарубежные научные публикации о классификации и хирургическом лечении молоткообразной деформации пальцев стопы.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Представлен анализ классификаций молоткообразной деформации пальцев стопы и нестабильности плюснефаланговых суставов и анализ методов лечения, направленных на устранение различных проявлений деформации, с описанием возникших осложнений. Проведена систематизация методов коррекции молоткообразной деформации пальцев стопы.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Анализ литературных данных позволил определить, что проблемы  лечения молоткообразной деформации пальцев стопы связаны с отсутствием  классификации, которая бы отражала состояние переднего отдела стопы каждого конкретного пациента и позволяла выбрать оптимальные эффективные методы лечения, а также алгоритма выбора тактики хирургического лечения молоткообразной  деформации, в котором систематизированы методы лечения в зависимости от  проявлений деформации всего переднего отдела стопы.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The urgency of the problem of surgical treatment of hammer-like deformity of the toes is due to the incidence of pathology, the presence of unsatisfactory results and postoperative complications.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. Analysis of scientific literature devoted to the problems of surgical treatment of hammer deformities of the toes.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials</title><p>Materials. Analyzed domestic and foreign scientific publications on the classification and surgical treatment of hammer toes.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The article presents an analysis of the classifications of hammer-like deformity of the toes and instability of the metatarsophalangeal joints and an analysis of treatment methods aimed at eliminating various manifestations of deformity, with a description of the complications that have arisen. The systematization of methods for correcting hammer-like deformity of the toes was carried out.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Analysis of the literature data allowed us to determine that the problems of treating hammer-like deformity of the toes are associated with the lack of a classification that would reflect the condition of the forefoot of each individual patient and allow choosing the optimal effective methods of treatment, as well as an algorithm for choosing tactics for surgical treatment of hammer-like deformity, which systematizes the methods treatment depending on the manifestations of deformity of the entire forefoot. </p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>молоткообразная деформация пальцев стопы</kwd><kwd>классификация</kwd><kwd>хирургическое лечение</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>hammer toes</kwd><kwd>classification</kwd><kwd>surgical treatment</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Привалов А.М.
