Проведён анализ результата лечения через три года после декомпрессивно-корригирующей стабилизирующей операции, выполненной по поводу поражения Андерссона на уровне ThX–ThXI, развившегося через 10 лет после  коррекции флексионной деформации анкилозированного позвоночника путём «открытой» вертебротомии LIV–LV. Прогрессирования поражения Андерссона на всех ранее выявленных позвоночных сегментах не отмечено. Имевший место неврологический дефицит регрессировал с категории С до Е по шкале ASIA (American  Spinal Injury Association, Американская ассоциация спинальной травмы). Выявлена нормализация параметра сагиттального баланса SVA (вертикальная сагиттальная ось) при сохранившемся локальном кифозе на уровне ThX–ThXI 15° (исходный показатель – 30°). Показатели ODI (Oswestry disability index, индекс инвалидности Освестри), VAS (visual analogue scale, визуально-аналоговая шкала) и FIM (functional independence measure, шкала функциональной независимости) до операции составили,  соответственно, 67, 6 и 82, через 3 года после операции – 10, 0 и 126.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. В представленном клиническом случае хирургическая коррекция деформации, проведённая с учётом параметров сагиттального баланса, со стабилизацией вентральной и дорсальной колонн, декомпрессией, позволили предупредить прогрессирование поражения Андерссона, достичь регресса  неврологической симптоматики и улучшить качество жизни больного. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Using a clinical example, the authors set the goal of elucidating the result of a two-stage surgical treatment of Anderson’s lesion, carried out in the long-term period after a one-stage correction of flexion deformity of the  ankylosed spine without fixation.</p><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The analysis of the results of treatment three years after decompression-corrective stabilizing surgery performed for Anderson’s lesion at the ThX–ThXI level, which developed 10 years after the correction of flexion deformity of the ankylosed spine by “open” vertebrotomy LIV–LV. No progression of Anderson’s lesion in all previously identified vertebral segments was noted. The existing neurological deficit regressed from ASIA C to ASIA E. Normalization of the SVA sagittal balance parameter was revealed, with preserved local kyphosis at the ThX–ThXI level of 15° (initial – 30°). The indicator ODI (Oswestry Disability Index), VAS and FIM (Functional Independence Measure) were, respectively, before surgery 67, 6 and 82, 3 years after surgery – 10, 0 and 126.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
