Несмотря на многочисленные исследования, посвящённые этой проблеме, патогенез аутизма по-прежнему остаётся спорным.Целью работы являлось оценить эффективность элиминационных диетологических подходов на динамику показателей пищевой гиперчувствительности, цитокинового баланса и психологических параметров у детей с расстройствами аутистического спектра, проживающими в г. Томске.Для реализации поставленной цели использовали модифицированный метод ИФА для определения концентрации специфических иммуноглобулинов к 111 пищевым антигенам. Концентрацию интерлейкинов измеряли стандартным методом ИФА. Динамику психического состояния детей с аутизмом оценивали при помощи анкеты АТЕС.В результате было отмечено, что у детей с аутизмом статистически значимо чаще наблюдается гиперчувствительность к пАГ зерновых и молочных. Получены изменения концентрации ряда интерлейкинов в сыворотке крови. Выявлена прямая корреляционная зависимость между концентрацией IgG к антигенам грибов рода Candida, пАГ продуктов молочного и зернового происхождения и концентрацией ИФНγ в сыворотке крови. Каждому ребёнку была назначена индивидуальная элиминационная диета. В результате проведённой коррекции получен ряд позитивных результатов. Значительно снизились диагностические значимые титры АТ к грибам рода C. albicans. Выявлены статистически значимые изменения результатов АТЕС-тестирования: средний балл до диеты равнялся 71 (тяжёлая степень аутизма), после диеты – 58 (средняя степень аутизма). У 30 % детей, со строгой приверженностью мам к соблюдению принципов элиминационной диеты, показатели тестов АТЕС снизились до 35 (лёгкая степень аутизма). Полученные данные раскрывают неизученные эффекты специфической пищевой гиперчувствительности на процесс инициации и поддержания хронического системного воспаления, а также на психоневрологический статус в условиях нормы и при патологических состояниях. Персонифицированная элиминационная диета позволяет повысить возможности иммунореабилитации, коммуникативных показателей и улучшить качество жизни детей с аутизмом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Currently, the incidence of autism spectrum disorders (ASD) continues to increase in the children’s population. However, the pathogenesis of autism remains controversial.The purpose of this work is to evaluate the performance of the elimination nutritional approaches to the dynamics of indicators of food hypersensitivity, the balance of interleukins and psychophysiological parameters in children with ASD.Methods. A prospective cohort study of children aged 7 ± 2 years, healthy and diagnosed with ASD was performed. Determination of specific immunoglobulin concentrations to 111 food antigens and interleukins was measured by ELISA. Psychophysiological indicators of communicative competence in children with ASD were evaluated in the ATEC-test.Results. It was established that in children with ASD (n = 69), the frequency of occurrence of food hypersensitivity and indicators of specific sIgG concentrations to food antigens of dairy and grain products are higher (р &lt; 0.05). A direct correlation was found between the concentration of INFγ, IgG concentrations to antigens of dairy, grain products and C. albicans. High ratios of the INFγ/IL4 and INFγ/IL10 ratios (p &lt; 0.05) were revealed.
