Хронические вирусные гепатиты представляет собой глобальную проблему современности. Многие исследователи указывают на влияние вирусного гепатита на репродуктивную систему женщин.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования: выявление особенностей функционального состояния гипофизарно-тиреоидного звена нейроэндокринной регуляции и процессов системы «перекисное окисление липидов и антиоксидантная защита» (ПОЛ–АОЗ) с определением коэффициента окислительного стресса у женщин, больных хроническими парентеральными вирусными гепатитами.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Обследованы 44 женщины, больные хроническими парентеральными вирусными гепатитами, и 28 практически здоровых женщины соответствующего возраста. Использованы иммуноферментный, спектрофотометрический, флуорометрический и статистический методы исследования.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У женщин, больных хроническими вирусными гепатитами, мы обнаружили увеличение уровней тироксина – на 29,6 % (р &lt; 0,001) и свободного трийодтиронина – на 65,7 % (р = 0,008), по сравнению с контрольной группой. В системе липопероксидации выявлено увеличение содержания активных продуктов: в 1,9 раза – тиобарбитуровой кислоты (р = 0,006) на фоне снижения супероксиддисмутазной активности системы антиоксидантной защиты в 1,3 раза (р &lt; 0,001), уровня общей антиокислительной активности – в 1,7 раза (р &lt; 0,001), содержания α-токоферола – в 1,3 раза (р = 0,005).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Полученные данные свидетельствуют об особенностях функционирования гипофизарно-тиреоидной системы и системы ПОЛ–АОЗ при хронических парентеральных вирусных гепатитах. Хроническое течение гепатита характеризуется рядом метаболических нарушений, что требует более тщательного подхода при проведении лечебно-диагностических мероприятий.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. Chronic viral hepatitis is a complex global problem and is still far from being solved. Many researchers point out influence of viral hepatitis on the reproductive system of women.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To identify features of the functional state of pituitary-thyroid units of neuroendocrinal regulation, and to evaluate lipid peroxidation – antioxidant protection with determination of the oxidative stress coefficient in perimenopausal women with chronic form of hepatitis.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Study included 44 women with chronic viral hepatitis and 28 healthy women of the same age. Immunoabsorbent, spectrophotometric, fluorometric and statistical methods were used.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In patients with chronic viral hepatitis, we detected an increase in thyroxine levels – by 29.6% (р &lt; 0.001) and free triiodothyronine values – by 65.7% (р = 0.008) in comparison with the control group. In the group with chronic viral hepatitis, the TBA-reactive products level increased by 1.9 times (р = 0.006), and superoxide dismutase activity decreased by 1.3 times (р &lt; 0.001), total antioxidant activity – by 1.7 times (р &lt; 0.001) and α-tocopherol level – by 1.3 times (р = 0.005) in comparison with the control group.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. The obtained data demonstrate the features of the pituitary-thyroid system functioning and the lipid peroxidation – antioxidant protection system in patients with chronic hepatitis.
