Одной из причин нарушений мужской фертильности является окислительный стресс. В статье представлен сравнительный анализ параметров процессов липопероксидации и антиоксидантной защиты у мужчин с бесплодием и патологическими вариантами спермограмм.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования: выявить особенности показателей интенсивности процессов липопероксидации и антиоксидатного статуса в эякуляте мужчин с патологическими вариантами спермограмм.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы. В качестве материала для биохимических исследований использовали эякулят. Применялись современные спектрофотометрические, флуорометрические и статистические методы.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У мужчин с бесплодием и астенозооспермией установлено снижение общей антиокислительной активности спермы на 50 % и снижение α-токоферола на 52 %. У мужчин с бесплодием и олигозооспермией установлено увеличение концентрации первичных продуктов процесса липопероксидации диеновых конъюгатов на 28 %, уменьшение концентрации конечных продуктов на 26 %, снижение общей антиокислительной активности спермы на 47 % и снижение α-токоферола на 41 %. Низкий уровень общей антиокислительной активности и содержание концентрации токоферола в данных группах свидетельствуют об активации процесса перекисного окисления липидов, поскольку отсутствие достаточного количества антиоксидантов не позволяет антиокислительной системе реализовать свои защитные функции. Срыв антиоксидантной защиты характеризуется развитием синдрома липопероксидации разных компонентов клеток и тканей и может привести к повреждению мембран, инактивации или трансформации ферментов, подавлению деления клеток, накоплению в клетке инертных продуктов полимеризации.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Таким образом, в зависимости от варианта патологического состояния эякулята у мужчин репродуктивного возраста процессы липопероксидации имеют свои особенности, в частности у мужчин с олигозооспермией процессы перекисного окисления протекают более интенсивно. В связи с тем, что тонкий баланс антиоксидантной системы организма легко нарушить, антиоксидантная терапия может быть частью лечения при нарушениях сперматогенеза в пределах адекватного уровня суточного потребления.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. Today infertile marriage is not only a serious medical, but also a socio-demographic and economic problem. Male factor contributes averagely to half of the cases of the disease in couples. Such factors as high levels of reactive oxygen species and oxidative stress have been reported to compromise the process of spermatogenesis and sperm function in men. Oxidative stress is a significant risk factor for male infertility. A pro-oxidant testicular environment may alter the expression profile of functional sperm proteins and result in poor sperm quality.</p></sec><sec><title>Aims</title><p>Aims. To study the characteristics of the intensity of the processes of lipoperoxidation and antioxidant status in the ejaculate of men with different variants of spermograms.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. We examined 69 men with primary infertility and 155 fertile men. The content of lipid peroxidation components and antioxidant protection was determined by spectrophotometric method.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The results of the study in men with infertility and asthenozoospermia showed decreased total antioxidant activity of sperm by 50 % and α-tocopherol by 52 %, and in men with infertility and oligozoospermia, decreased total antioxidant activity of sperm by 47 % and α-tocopherol by 41 %.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. The analysis indicates a change in the parameters of the system of lipid peroxidation – antioxidant defense system and confirms the development of oxidative stress in them. Depending on the pathological state of the ejaculate in men of reproductive age, lipid peroxidation processes have their own characteristics. In men with oligozoospermia, peroxidation processes occur more intensively.
