Проведено исследование 166 проб крови лошадей из пяти районов Иркутской области. Отмечена высокая инфицированность лошадей пироплазмидами (69 %). У шести положительных образцов определены нуклеотидные последовательности. Сравнение определенных нуклеотидных последовательностей гена 18S рРНК с ранее опубликованными показало, что все обнаруженные образцы ДНК пироплазм относятся к Theileria equi. Приведены данные о случае падежа лошадей от пироплазмоза, зафиксированного в Иркутской области в 2008 г.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This paper describes the detection of Piroplasmida DNA in the blood of horses. 166 blood samples of horses from five districts of the Irkutsk region were studied. The high piroplasms infection rate in horses (69 %) was found. For six positive samples nucleotide sequences were determined. The comparison of determined 18S rRNA gene sequences with previously published sequences showed that all revealed piroplasms DNA samples are Theileria equi.
