В аналитической работе обобщены основные результаты исследований психокардиальных связей у пациентов с фибрилляцией предсердий. Показана тесная двунаправленная связь аритмии и тревоги, депрессии, дистресса. Состояние психики вносит основной вклад в снижение качества жизниу пациентов с фибрилляцией предсердий. Обсуждаются вопросы лечения аритмии и психических расстройств.

The article summarizes main results of the researches of psychocardial connection in patients with atrial fibrillation. There is strong bidirectional connection between arrhythmia and depression, anxiety and distress. Mental state makes main contribution in the decrease of quality of life of patients with atrial fibrillation. The problems of treatment of arrhythmia and mental disorders are discussed in the article.
