<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article reviews successful experience of brachial plexus blockade under ultrasound control and describes this technique. The authors give evidence, that using both ultrasonic imaging and neurostimulation during brachial plexus blockade allows to improve significantly (by 31,6 %) quality of blockade (p, = 0,01) and to decrease (by 21,4 %) the risk of purposeless vessels puncture (p= 0,02).</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>блокада плечевого сплетения</kwd><kwd>ультразвук в анестезиологии</kwd><kwd>УЗИ</kwd><kwd>анестезиология</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>brachial plexus blockade</kwd><kwd>ultrasound in anesthesiology</kwd><kwd>ultrasound imaging</kwd><kwd>anesthesiology</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Айзенберг В.Л.
