Разработка и использование новых методологических подходов к изучению риккетсий и других клещевых альфа-протеобактерий привело к существенному пересмотру представлений о генетическом разнообразии, гетерогенности антигенных и биологических свойств, экологии и вкладе в инфекционную патологию различных представителей порядка Rickettsiales в России и в мире. Требует пересмотра официальная регистрация заболеваний в соответствии с МКБ-10 и современными данными по распространению риккетсий и риккетсиозов в России.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper presents analysis of the development and the current status of the doctrine about rickettsia and rickettsiosis. Progress in the study of Rickettsia is associated with, improved methods for their detection and isolation - using live biotechnological systems (cultivation in the experimental lines of ticks-sensitive lines of eukaryotic cells) in combination with methods of genotyping and. classical ricketsial methods.
